Humphries gathering evidence for fraud case against Kardashian

About six weeks ago, we discussed some new developments in the highly-publicized divorce of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. Even though both parties in the divorce are celebrities and despite some of the outlandish circumstances involved in the Kardashian-Humphries split, their story shows how any divorce can become complicated and time-consuming, and that divorce needs to be handled with the support of experienced legal professionals.

It may sound bad, but divorce is a solution to any person’s marital problems. It could be far more painful to delay divorce and instead stay in a loveless marriage that causes someone heartache and anxiety. Approaching your filing in the right way can expedite the process and save you both time and money.

For Kardashian and Humphries, things don’t seem to be headed in the direction of efficiency – though not if Kim can help it. She has demanded that her divorce from Humphries move along and she likely is growing frustrated with the delays in their case.

Humphries and his attorney are gathering evidence to try and support Kris’ claim that the couple’s marriage was actually a sham, concocted on the basis of fraud. In order to prove their allegation, the case would have to go to trial and both Kim and Kris would be looking at some long hours in court.

Should the fraud case move forward, Kim’s attorney warns it could cost Kris quite a bit in legal fees. Kardashian and Humphries agreed to pay their own legal fees, but if the fraud case goes against Kris, Kim could move to have her legal fees covered by Humphries.
