Bethenny Frankel seeks alimony and child support

According to sources, the former reality star has filed for divorce from her husband Jason Hoppy. The details of her divorce settlement demands have become public. The star, who herself is supposedly worth between $25 million and $55 million, wants child support, primary custody, permanent residency and a lot more.

According to court documents filed by her, Bethenny wants child support that will be retroactive from the date that she filed for divorce. She also wants life insurance for her and their young child, as well as medical, dental, optical, therapeutic and orthodontic expenses for her and their child. Additionally, she wants live in the house that the couple shared.

She also wants primary custody of their two-year-old daughter. Bethany also wants the court to enforce a prenuptial agreement that the couple signed before they got married.
